I appeared on this island with several tomes of magic -- I've been studying those quite religiously, along withany relevant material I can find in the library. It seems, though, that magic operates differently from world to world. I've had to go with my gut instinct on what could work here.

I arrived with several of these. I've been looking into books here to see if I can find out what they are, but nothing has been able to help me so far.

There's no doubt about it. The sheer mana packed into this stone is almost physically tangible. Incredible . . . It's the exact same feeling as -- . . . Look. I haven't shown these to anyone else, but here.

[He withdraws several rings from his pocket and shows them to Terra.]

I get the same sensation from these. . . . That's why I've never doubted I have, at least, some connection with magic.

((Err. Now I'm confused. I thought you wanted me to say it was magical. =X But magicite is used for summoning as well, correct? Just like Klarth's rings. I'll just say he's extra sensitive to summoning magic. >_<))

When I hold the rings, I feel a sense of . . . something. Something within. I can't quite describe it.

((Oh, no, I did! Erk lied to her. XD Sorry for the confusion. About the magicite - she knows there's something strange about them, but she doesn't know what. She can sense the magic, but she doesn't know it is magic.))

It seems possible that your stone may be composed of crystallized mana itself. Perhaps the gems on my rings are, as well.

That's the only hypothesis I can form at this point. There's still so much I don't know . . . It would help if I remembered something. Still at 0, here.
